    我想很多人把網頁改為 XHTML 1.1 或 XHTML 1.0 strict doctype 時都會遇到一個問題：就是 hyperlink 不能再用 target 指定開啟新視窗，W3C 更指出你要是堅持用 target 的話就要使用 XHTML 1.0 transitional。

    喔，我的神呀 ^:)^ Clement T 解決了困擾我許久的問題 :tongue: 感恩呀...現下要煩惱的，是去資料庫撈字串整個把 target 轉換為 rel = external 囉。
